I'm feeling some discomfort in my upper abdomen and my liver ultrasound shows it's enlarged with increased echogenicity. There aren't any focal lesions or dilated ducts, and my common duct measures about 3mm while the portal vein is 10mm at the porta. Can you help me understand what's going on and what I should do next?
