I'm four months pregnant and I'm wondering if it's safe for me to fly. I don't have any complications so far. Do you think it's better to travel by air, or should I stick to traveling by car or train?

I'm really worried because there's minimal free fluid in my pelvis, and I've been having severe stomach pain.
