I'm getting really itchy all over my body whenever the weather is humid, and I'm not in an air-conditioned room. It's super uncomfortable! Any idea why that's happening or what might be causing it?

Itchy skin in humid weather could be due to a condition called prickly heat, also known as heat rash. To relieve the itching, you can try using a soothing lotion containing calamine or aloe vera.
