Question
I'm gluten intolerant and every time I accidentally eat gluten, I end up with acid reflux which really irritates my throat. It feels like I have a cotton ball stuck down there. Is there anything I can do to make my throat feel better when this happens?

For immediate relief of throat irritation, warm fluids, honey, and saltwater gargles can help soothe your throat. In the long term, managing your gluten intolerance and acid reflux triggers through dietary changes and medications is key. If the discomfort continues, its important to speak to a doctor for further evaluation.
