Question

I'm going through treatment for Abdominal TB and since April 2016, my liver got affected too and I was close to having jaundice. My doctor switched up some meds, and now I'm on a daily streptomycin injection plan for 60 days. I'm on injection number 33, but lately, I've been feeling super dizzy all the time and find it hard to maintain my balance while walking. At first, I thought it might just be weakness, especially since I returned to work in mid-June, but when it persisted for 34 days, I saw my doctor again. He thinks it's Vertigo and gave me some medicine, but it's been 2.5 weeks and there's no sign of improvement. I even checked in with an ENT and the cochlear and audiometric tests turned out normal. I'm really getting anxious about this dizziness and imbalance. Do you think this can be cured, and should I be seeing a specific type of doctor for help? I can't even manage car rides anymore. Any advice or suggestions you might have would really mean a lot to me.
