I'm having chest pain that's really concerning me. When I press the center of my chest with my finger, it hurts, and sometimes I feel pain on the left and right sides too, but other times there's no pain at all. Even when I cough, it's like the pain flares up in my chest. Lately, I've also been experiencing some back pain. I have had diabetes for the past 10 years and have been on Novamix 30 insulin. Could you suggest any medication or remedies for relief?

I've had an Acute MI back in January 2019, and they did angioplasty within two days of the attack. Right now, I'm taking Vymada 59, Ecosprin 75, Brilinta 90, Eptus T 2510, Atocor 40, and Seloken XL 50. I'm really worried about the low blood pressure issue. Even though we're trying everything like ORS, his blood pressure just stays low. It's been causing him a lot of problems like feeling weak and dizzy, and I'm not sure what else we can do since it's not getting better. Are there any medications that could fix this problem for good, so he can stop feeling so awful?

Is it normal to feel like my heart is pounding really hard when I'm exercising? It feels like my heart's just doing a crazy workout on its own, almost like I can hold it in my hand. When I checked, my heart rate was between 130-140 during a heavy workout. I'm 20 and I do have high cholesterol. I had an ECG and echo done back in May, and everything seemed okay. But when I'm resting, my heart rate drops to about 50 bpm and it doesn't feel heavy at all. It's only happening when I'm working out. Should I be worried and stop doing these intense exercises?
