I'm really worried because my father has an LVEF of 35% as per his 2D echo report. I'm trying to figure out what kind of treatment he might need. Should we be considering an angiography? I'm wondering if I should stop taking Concur cor 2.5 that I've been on for a month. I found out last month during a routine check-up that I had a 7.5 load of APCs supraventricular in the holter, which is why it was prescribed. But I didn't really have any symptoms before, and Im not feeling any now. Lots of folks say I might not have needed it in the first place, and I'm a bit worried that taking it when it's not necessary might have side effects. If I do decide to stop, what's the best way to taper off since I heard stopping beta blockers suddenly isn't good? Also, are there any follow-up tests I should be doing after I stop the medication? My echo was normal last month.

I'm experiencing some chest pain right in the center, and it's been going on for about 3 days now. I'm having a tough time breathing when I move or lie down, especially on my left side, but it's not as bad when I sit or lie on my back. I'm also feeling kind of gassy in my stomach and it's making me really confused. I've tried taking 3 ranitidine pills already, but there's still no improvement. Could this be something serious? Can you help figure out what's going on?
