Question
I'm having this pain on the right side of my sternum and the MRI mentioned something about subchondral cystic changes. It really bothers me because the pain gets better when I lie on my back, but it comes back as soon as I start moving around or even when I'm just walking. What could be causing this and is there something I should be doing to help with the pain?
