I'm having a really hard time catching my breath and there's this awful heaviness to my coughs. I'm also feeling super weak, and my sinuses are acting up too. I recently had an X-ray and they said it showed bronchitis. Should I be worried? What steps should I take next?

I'm really worried about my dad. He's been having these breathing issues for around two weeks now, and he's coughing up some whitish stuff, but he hasn't traveled anywhere recently.
