Question

I'm having trouble with my breathing and it's been going on for about two months now. My chest X-ray came out clear, but I've also been dealing with a sore throat and no fever. My temperature is normal. I'm obese with a BMI of 34, and I'm really worried about my breathing issues. My SpO2 levels range between 96 and 99. My grandma has asthma, so I'm wondering if there's a connection. Im using the Seroflo 250 inhaler and Ezicas nasal spray, but Im not sure if I need to do more. Ive got a PFT report from a year ago, and my peak flow meter always reads above 500. Could any of this relate to my breathing difficulties, and what can I do to improve this situation?
