I'm on medication for irritable bowel with velgutlibrax and rejunex for the last three months, but my doctor has recently cut it down to just librax three times daily. While sometimes I only need to go to the washroom once a day, there are other days when it's 2 to 3 times. My stool is still kinda semi-loose. Is this the right treatment approach for me?

I've been dealing with black and bloody stools with mucus for about 10 days now, and it's really worrying me. I also get this dull pain in the middle of my stomach after meals and usually see the blood in my stool 2 to 3 hours after eating. I'm having 3 to 4 bowel movements a day with blood and mucus, and it's exhausting. Besides that, I feel really full, weak, and tired all the time, and even breathing seems a bit harder. I've already seen a doctor who prescribed me Enteroquinol and Revkzole, but it's been four days and there's no relief. Could this be something serious? Should I consider getting a second opinion, or maybe ask for more tests?
