Question

I'm not sure if the phlegm is coming from my throat or lungs, but I've been dealing with thick, little grey phlegm every day. I don't smoke and the air quality is good where I live. My chest CT and PFT came back normal, but I'm still experiencing daily desaturation. Could there be something else I should look into?

I'm a bit concerned about my health. I was diagnosed with lymph node TB in my neck and took Forecox and Moxif 400mg for 6 months. The swelling in my nodes went away after two months, which was great, but now I'm noticing some issues. I feel a bit tired and sometimes have acidic sensations, itching, and a tingling feeling.
