I'm noticing this black line on my forehead, and it seems to be getting darker every day. My skin is generally fair, but from my neck up, it's becoming noticeably darker. What could be causing this, and what's the best way to address it?

I've got these small holes and some redness on my skin because of pimples. They aren't really noticeable unless you're pretty close, like 5 feet away or less. I'm currently using a cream with hq 2 vv. Do you think I should reach out to a doctor for this, or will it just get better on its own over time? My mom's been dealing with these mouth ulcers for about a year now, and we've tried a bunch of medicines and gels, but nothing seems to work. Those white patches just heal and then pop up somewhere else, and it really burns when she's eating. We've consulted several doctors, and they've said it might never cure. Is there any permanent solution for this? It's been really tough seeing her go through this.
