Question
I'm noticing that my leg is a lot thinner compared to the rest of my body, and I'm not really feeling a lot of energy in it. I always seem to have knee pain in both of my legs. I'm really worried and not sure what to do about it. Do you have any advice?

It sounds like you're experiencing weakness and pain in your legs, which could be related to muscle weakness, poor circulation, or other health factors. It's important to consult a doctor to identify the underlying cause, and in the meantime, regular leg exercises, proper nutrition, and staying hydrated might help improve strength and reduce pain.
