I'm noticing some black spots on my face and a doctor recommended I try using dermiford cream. I'm really curious if this is the right thing to do for my skin. Do you think it's okay to use it?

I used to have really soft fingertips before, so I'm a bit concerned about this change. The skin is so thick that I actually have to shape them. I generally have oily skin, so this is quite new for me. What could be causing this?
