I'm noticing some black spots under my armpits lately and I'm not sure what's causing them. Could this be some kind of allergic reaction? I'm a bit worried and would appreciate some guidance. What do you think it could be?

These black spots could be due to a condition called acanthosis nigricans, which is often associated with insulin resistance or diabetes. I recommend using a cream containing hydroquinone and tretinoin, such as Melalite Forte cream, applied once daily at night. Additionally, maintaining good blood sugar control through diet and exercise can also help improve these spots.
