I've had this tiny white spot at the back of my right tonsil for about 10 days now. I first went to a general doctor who said it was a bacterial infection and gave me an antibiotic, Poxivio 200, but it didnt help. So, I saw an ENT specialist. He said its just food debris and removed a small part of it, but it hasn't all gone away.
