I'm noticing these black spots appearing on my leg and they're a bit itchy. It's kind of weird because this just started happening out of nowhere, and I've never dealt with anything like this before. They seem to be spreading slowly, but it's strange that they're only showing up on my leg. Any idea what's going on?
