I'm only 18 and my hair has started turning white. It's really worrying me. Is there any way to stop this from happening? I've heard about Ayurvedic solutionsdo you know if any of those might help with this situation?

I'm a 26-year-old guy living in Mumbai. I used to have a fair complexion, but after years of sun exposure and not really taking care of my skin, my face, hands, and neck have become visibly darker. If I stay indoors for a few days, my skin lightens up a bit, but I can't really do that since I have to work.
