Question

I'm really anxious because I got a positive result after taking a TB Gold Standard test for my UAE work visa, but I'm not showing any symptoms at all. Could there be any connection between this result and HIV, even though my HIV test came back negative? I'm really worried and need some clarification on what's happening.

I've had this cough with mucus for almost a month now, and it's really starting to worry me. The doctors say it's allergic bronchitis, and my x-ray showed something, but even with the medication, I feel like I'm only getting partial relief. They suggested checking for COVID, but when I called the helpline, they said I didnt have the symptoms. I'm honestly super confused about what to do next. Im willing to continue treatment but just need some answers about what's really going on. What should be my next steps?
