I'm really concerned about my friend. She's been having a dry cough, a bit of a feverit's about 99.2and she's also dealing with body pain. She mentions headaches now and then and sometimes has trouble breathing. Could you please let me know if this is something we should be worried about?

A year down the line, we did a routine CT scan and now there's a 3 cm lung mass and multiple nodules up to 9mm in her right lung. Could this be due to the fibrosis she had after covid? I'd really appreciate some guidance on what to do next.
