I'm really concerned about my uncle who's 60 years old. He's been occasionally running a fever for the past month and has lost weight. He was 78 kg, but now has reduced a bit over the last few months. The chest CT scan results and AFB test both came back negative. Can you help me understand what might be causing these symptoms?

I'm a bit worried about the fumes from soldering since I do a bit of it at home, not regularly, just when needed.
