I'm really concerned about my wife's handsthey're turning purple, especially on the knuckles. They look like they're dirty, but there's actually no dirt on them. She mentioned that they feel really dry, probably because of the cold winter air. Is this just dry skin, or could it be something more serious?

Hi there, I've got a mole on my face that's been bothering me. It seems to be growing and there's even a hair coming out of it. I'm super worried about the possibility of getting a keloid if I decide to remove the mole. What do you think the chances are of that happening? I've been reading up on mole removal methods and I'm stuck between choosing a complete excision or a radiofrequency shave excision. Do you have any thoughts on which might be better, especially in terms of reducing the risk of keloid development? Also, with the radiofrequency shave excision, is there a chance the mole might come back? Any advice would be really appreciated!
