Question
I'm really concerned about something I've been experiencing for the past six months. Every morning during bowel movements, I feel like something is getting stuck at the end of my anal area. Today, I took a picture of my anal region and noticed a swelling in one corner that seems like it might be a sentinel pile fissure. What could this possibly be, and what should I do next?

For rib pain, consider consulting: 1. General Physician (GP) for initial evaluation. 2. Orthopedic Specialist for musculoskeletal issues. 3. Gastroenterologist for possible gastrointestinal causes. 4. Pulmonologist for lung-related issues. If the pain is severe, sudden, or accompanied by breathing difficulties, seek emergency care.
