I'm really concerned because I've been dealing with these small, white, hard bumps on my scalp for about a year and a half now. They're super itchy, and it's causing a lot of hair loss, which is really worrying me. At first, I thought it might be dandruff, but there's nothing flaky about it. I'm constantly scratching my scalp, and it's getting really frustrating. Can you help me figure out what's going on and what I can do about it?
