Question
I'm really confused and a bit concerned about something that's been happening lately. Almost every night, I wake up with this persistent itching in my feet and the palms of my hands. It's been happening after I take a shower and moisturize. What could be causing this? Could my shower habits or the moisturizer be triggering it somehow? I'm just not sure what's going on. Any ideas?

Itching in the feet and palms of the hands, especially at night, can be due to a condition called eczema. I recommend using a topical corticosteroid cream like Hydrocortisone 1% cream on the affected areas before bedtime. Additionally, taking an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg at night can help alleviate the itching. Make sure to continue moisturizing regularly and avoid any potential triggers that may worsen the itching.
