Question
I'm really puzzled about this swollen lymph node I've had for 4 months. It's not changing in size at all and sometimes it hurts around my neck where it's swollen. Otherwise, I'm feeling healthy but I've noticed some weird stuff lately. Occasionally, I find what looks like black hair in my phlegm and at times, it's this greenish or greyish color. Plus, there's a kind of pressure in my throat and around my shoulder or neck blade when I take a deep breath. This all seemed to start after I got Covid in April. I also experience daily neck and back pain, probably because of my job, but I'm not completely sure if it's related. I'm just trying to understand what could be causing the swollen lymph node. Could you help me figure this out?
