I'm really puzzled right now. My EKG keeps coming back abnormal, but the cardiologist didnt mention any problems before. I've started having palpitations, and there's been a lot of stress in my life lately. I decided to get a second opinion from a different cardiologist, but I'm confused. My EKG shows an incomplete right bundle branch block and a left anterior fascicular block. What does that even mean? My blood work is fine, my blood pressure is always excellent, and I dont have high cholesterol. Can you help me understand this?

I've been dealing with palpitations since 2009, and although I've had some treatment, they haven't completely stoppedjust reduced in frequency. The doctor advised me to take Rivotril when they start, since they never seem to stop on their own. I'm worried about why they persist and if there's something else I could try? I'm a bit confused about my recent heart tests and need some advice. I had a TMT test that was positive a few months ago, and even after showing it to a cardiologist and doing an echo test, which was normal, they still suggested an angiogram because the TMT stayed positive. When comparing the latest TMT results to the previous one, it seemed slightly better but still came back positive. So, I went for a coronary angiogram and found out I have double vessel disease. The plan mentioned possibly needing a PTCA with a stent in the mid LCX RCA. I'm wondering if managing it with medication, diet, meditation, and exercise might be an option, or if the stent is really necessary. I don't have any symptoms like chest pain, hand pain, or dizziness, and my blood pressure and sugar levels have been under control for years. What do you suggest?
