I'm really struggling with exfoliative cheilitis and it's causing a lot of damage to my lips. I've heard that surgery might be an option, but I'm not sure if there are any effective creams I should try first. Could you please let me know what might help?

I've been really stressed this year and taking a lot of pain meds, like ibuprofen and naproxen. I stopped the naproxen because I thought it might be the problem. About a month and a half ago, I noticed a few tiny red spots on my upper arms. Even after stopping the naproxen, the spots are still there, and I think there are more now.
