I'm really struggling to fall asleep. My eyes feel super sleepy, but I can't seem to actually drift off into sleep. Are there any drops or medicines you could recommend that could help with this? I'm starting to get a bit concerned.

I've been having a hard time sleeping for the last couple of months. Most nights, I'm struggling to fall asleep until after midnight or even later, but weirdly, I wake up at my usual time. For the past two years, I've been waking up with a sore nose, but now I'm also dealing with headaches when I wake up. I feel exhausted all the time, and it seems to be making me feel more and more down. I tried taking melatonin before, but even the tiniest amount makes me wake up feeling sick. I'm starting to get worried, could this be something serious?
