Question

I'm really struggling to find a cleanser or face wash that's gentle enough for my sensitive, acne-prone skin. I need something that wont burn or irritate but can still clean my pores deeply, getting rid of all the dirt and makeup residue in just one wash. At the same time, it should be effective against my acne and pimples. Any recommendations?

I've been experiencing these red rashes that seem to show up only in the evenings and last for about 23 hours. Its been happening for almost 3 months now, mostly on my face, but sometimes they appear on my back and foot too. Weirdly, this only happens when I'm in Mumbai or on a working day, and it started around August. Last year, a 10-day course of Allegra seemed to solve the issue completely. Im really curious and a bit worried about why this is happening. What could be causing these rashes, and how can I get rid of them for good?
