Question

I'm really struggling hereI've had diarrhea for the last 3 months and my doctor said it might be IBS. I'm currently taking ibset, but before this, I tried colospa x and eldicet. The problem is, every time I stop the meds, the diarrhea comes back, and sometimes it happens like 3 to 4 times a day with mucus. I'm worried and not sure what I should be doing differently. Any advice on how to manage this?
