I'm really struggling with severe acne on my face and scalp, and the pain is unbearable, especially at night. My doctor put me on ciplox 500 and sotret 20 mg. I understand that sotret might make my acne worse before it gets better, but I'm wondering if I can switch from ciplox 500 to minoz 100 since minoz has worked well for me in the past. I just want to find a permanent solution to this acne because the pain and swelling, especially on the left side of my face, are really tough to deal with. What do you recommend?

I've been dealing with Melasma for about 45 years now, and it's really noticeable because of my fair skin. There are these dark patches on my cheekbones. I've been using Dettol on my pimples and thankfully, they disappeared. But now Im left with a dark spot where they used to be. The Dettol burns have healed, but this spot is quite noticeable. Any advice on how I can get rid of the dark spot? It's really bothering me.
