I'm really struggling with this skin disease I've had for years. I've attached a photo so you can see what's going on. Could you help me figure out a solution?

I recommend using topical corticosteroids such as Clobetasol propionate cream twice daily on the affected areas. In addition, you can also use coal tar preparations like Tegrin cream or ointment.
