I'm really struggling with tinea corporis for the past year. I've tried lots of different medicines, and sometimes they help for a little while, but then the problem just comes right back. I'm getting frustrated and worried. Do you have any advice on what I can do to finally get rid of this for good?

To address this, I recommend trying a combination antifungal cream containing Clotrimazole 1% and Betamethasone 0.05%. Apply a thin layer of this cream to the affected area twice daily for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you can take oral antifungal medication like Terbinafine 250mg once daily for 2-4 weeks to help clear the infection from within. Remember to maintain good hygiene practices and avoid sharing personal items to prevent reinfection.
