Question
I'm really struggling with this whole not smoking thing after my tonsil removal. I've been smoking about 15 cigarettes a day, and now the past couple of days without them are just killing me. The NRT options aren't helping much either. My doctor mentioned something about my bleeding risk going from 2 to 3 if I smoke, but that doesn't entirely make sense to me. I'm trying to find out what the absolute minimum time is before I can start smoking again. Honestly, quitting for good isn't an option for me, and going two weeks without smoking seems nearly impossible. Any advice?
