Question

I'm really worried about my 3-year-old son. He recently had a BERA test, and the results showed normal waves in his right ear but absent waves in the left. What could this possibly mean? I'm scheduled to see his doctor next week, but the waiting is stressing me out and I'd love to get a second opinion in the meantime. Can you shed some light on this?

Bera test is used for hearing examination can determine the type of abnormality (conductive or sensorineural), severity (hearing threshold), and hearing loss (inner ear or other parts) of the child. and absence of waves can indicate neurological issues in the hearing pathway
