I'm really struggling with puberphonia and I'm 18 years old. It's hard because my voice hasn't broken yet, and it sounds really childish. All my friends have these deeper, low-pitch, masculine voices but mine isn't like that, and it's making me really worried about my future. I've seen three ENT specialists, and they've all said it's puberphonia, but they also mentioned it's completely curable with voice therapy. I've tried working with two different speech therapists for two weeks each, practicing everything they suggested daily, but there's been no change. My voice is still the same. What can I do to get a deeper, masculine voice soon?
