Question
I'm really worried about my dad; he's been dealing with interstitial lung disease for the past couple of years, and I'm afraid it's in an advanced stage now. His latest HRCT report shows a superimposed infection. The doctor mentioned there's no medication to control this situation. Can you give me some advice or let me know if there are any options we haven't considered?
