I'm really worried about my husband because he catches a cold way too easily. It's like every month he's sick, running a fever because of a runny nose and cough, and it also causes him breathing problems. I'm wondering if this means we should see a pulmonologist or maybe another type of specialist. He's shown some minor asthma symptoms as well. What do you think? Could you give some advice on what steps we might take?

I'm a non-smoker and had a case of tuberculosis back in 2015. For the last 1.8 years, I've been dealing with a buildup of phlegm, and I just found out my IgE level is 489 IUml. I'm 35 and I've been having this weird pain between my lungs and rib cage on the right side. There's this indentation under my right rib where the bone kind of sticks out, and now the deepest part on the left is starting to hurt too. It gets really bad when I cough, sneeze, or jump on a trampoline. This all started after I had a really bad lung cold a while ago, and even though it's been almost 10 years, I still get mucus every day and the cold feels like it's never completely gone. What could be going on with these symptoms?
