I'm really worried about my uncle who's 56 and has been dealing with tubercular infection in his lymph nodes. Hes already been on anti-tubercular medication for 19 months, but it hasn't improved his condition at all. I'm wondering if there are any top doctors or hospitals in India, especially around Delhi, that you could recommend for this situation. Is surgery something we should be considering as our next step?

I'm married and it's been about 1.5 years now. I don't smoke or drink at all, but I'm getting worried because a few months ago, my wife had fistula surgery and her HIV test was negative at that time. The gynecologist recommended I take a retrovirus test, and it's been stressing me out. I had an HIV test done about 5 years ago and it was non-reactive. I'm really worried about something that's been on my mind for a while. Back in 2002, I got bitten by a dog but didn't get any rabies vaccination at that time. Then in 2008, after getting concerned, I decided to get 3 anti-rabies shots, and because of some psychological stress, I ended up getting more. By 2011, I had taken a total of 12 rabies vaccines. So I'm really anxious now and need to know: Is there any chance I could still get rabies from that bite in 2002 because I didn't get vaccinated immediately? And is it possible to experience any reactions or side effects due to the number of vaccines I've received over the years? Previously, a doctor mentioned there's a very remote possibility, less than 1%, of getting rabies, but I'm just so nervous and can't stop thinking about it. Can you please help me understand if it's still a risk?
