Question

I'm really worried about this redness and rash under my private parts. It all started around two months ago, and initially, it was just itching. But, within two weeks, it turned red and spread quickly. I've been trying various creams and dusting powders, but nothing seems to help, and the problem's still here. Can you help me figure out what's going on?
