Question

I'm really worried about this report. It says my loved one has Klebsiella pneumonia in their lungs and the bacteria seems resistant to most antibiotics, except for colistin and amikacin. Also, it's mentioned as carbapenemase resistantshould I be really concerned about that? And there's something about a colony count of 104 cfuml. What exactly does that mean and how serious is this situation?
