Question

I'm really worried about this ringworm situation. It's spread to different parts of my body, and I've tried everything from fluconazole to tarabinafine and all sorts of creams. Right now, I'm using something called zalim lotion. Is there something I might be missing or another treatment I should consider?

Fluconazole and terbinafine are commonly used antifungal medications for ringworm. In addition to these, using topical antifungal creams can also be helpful. Zalim lotion contains clobetasol propionate which is a steroid used to reduce inflammation and itching associated with skin conditions. For better results, continue using Zalim lotion as directed and also consider adding an antifungal cream containing clotrimazole or miconazole to your treatment regimen. Make sure to apply the medications consistently and keep the affected areas clean and dry.
