I'm really worried about something that seems to be going on down there. I got married recently and since then, Ive had unprotected sex multiple times. A few times, I used mustard oil for lubrication, and now Ive noticed these red pimple-like bumps on my penis shaft and under the skin. Theyre completely red and seem to be spreading. Could this be because of the mustard oil, or is it possible that Ive picked up an infection?
