I'm really worried about these Fordyce spots that I have. Are there any home remedies I could try to help with them? I've also heard that coconut oil might be a cure. Is there any truth to that?

I've been diagnosed with rosacea about 5 months ago and I've been using lacto calamine lotion. The past few days I started putting coconut oil on at night because my skin gets pretty dry.
