I'm really worried about my friend who has sarcoidosis and bronchial asthma; the doctor recommended an inhaler and the medicine ecosprin AV75. I've been experiencing this slight breathlessness for the past few days, like I constantly need to take deep breaths every few seconds. Occasionally, there's also a mild pain in my chest. I saw a local doctor who thinks it might be Air Hunger, maybe from exertion or anxiety, and he suggested I try some energy boosters. I'm a little worried it might be something more serious. Should I be more concerned or is this something not too serious?

I'm really worried about my grandfather. He was diagnosed with TB about seven months ago and took medication for six months which ended on December 16, 2022. It's been about a month since then, but for the past ten days, he's been coughing excessively again. Last time when he was on the ATT drug, he felt uncomfortable and his SGPT and SGOT levels were really high. We got some tests done and, thankfully, his LFT and CBC reports are normal now. But the sputum test came back positive again. Our doctor has currently prescribed Amoxicillin 625 mg, Montelukast 10 mg, and a cough syrup. I'm trying to figure out if he should go back on the TB medicine or if there's something else we should consider. Could you give me some advice on what the next steps might be?
