Question
I'm really worried because the foreskin on my penis feels super tight. It can move down when my penis isn't erect, but once I get an erection, it just won't retract. When I try to push it back, it feels like it's going to tear because it can't stretch any more. I even tried pulling it down when not erect and then getting an erection with the foreskin already down, but it resulted in pain. What if this condition persists until I'm ready to have sex? Can you guide me on what to do?

Circumcision may be recommended by a healthcare provider. This is a minor surgical procedure where the foreskin is removed, and it is often an effective treatment for severe cases of phimosis. It is important to address this issue before engaging in sexual activity to prevent any potential pain or complications. If you have persistent concerns or the condition does not improve with conservative measures, I recommend consulting with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.
