I'm really worried because I've been dealing with H. pylori for the past three months and my heart rate has been consistently around 107. Is this something I should be concerned about? Can it pose any serious risks to my health? I would really appreciate any insights or advice.

I'm having some gas issues lately and after I work out, I've been getting this pinpoint pain on the left side of my chest. It first happened a couple of weeks ago and again yesterday. The pain wasn't super strong, but it was there, and I also had some trouble breathing and felt a bit nauseous. What could be going on?

The first part of my stool is really hard and sometimes it feels like a small piece of tissue, about 0.3 to 0.5 cm, is coming out from my anus when I clean up. The area around my anus gets itchy now and then too. I'm really not sure if Im dealing with piles or if it's something else. Can you help me figure this out and maybe let me know what foods I should avoid?
