Question
I'm really worried because I've been getting these frequent rashes, and even though my blood test came back normal, my doctor said it might be a hidden allergy or stress-related. But I'm scared it could be something like HIV. How can I tell if these rashes are just from stress or if they're possibly HIV-related? They're itchy and red, and they started in December when I was super stressed about my exams. Can you help me figure this out?

Consider alternatives to KayamNityam Churna to manage bowel movements. Cremalax, a laxative, can provide temporary relief, but long-term use may lead to dependence. For a 70-year-old, it's recommended to limit Cremalax use to 1-2 weeks. Consult your doctor about safer, long-term options, such as: Psyllium husk (Isabgol) Probiotics Dietary fiber supplements Also, discuss acidity and sleep issues with your doctor to address underlying causes.
